DOMO FUCKIN ARIGATO.

This is the ultimate post about me. When you come to this fandom blog, this is what you should be 100% expecting.

This is exactly how I envision the set-up for Moordswell Manor, but with more gates.
This entire episode is basically murdermanor: the episode.

My dorkitude, it knows no bounds.

(Otherwise known as “Tara wants to have a Misfits movie poster hanging in Stormer’s Studio diorama, and finally found a way to work in Sharon Knettell’s AMAZEBALLS style guide artwork in a way that actually makes logical sense”.)

I’m so fortunate to be working at a place where I can print things like this, because I am totally going to print the Misfits one for myself (and just for myself, because Tara deserves her stuff to be bought because everything I’ve bought from her is super high quality!)

I always had a hunch Blank Banshee is inspired by/a fan of ReBoot, but today I have confirmed that 100%.

This changes everything.

I feel the same. Sometimes I feel old despite I’m “only” 21 years old.

Right? I’m in my early 20’s and it’s like you’re very aware of how young you actually are, but when you’re looking for fandom conversations with people in your age range, you suddenly realize how few there are!

Sometimes I realize that so many people in my fandom tags are minors and how there are few people who seem close to my age and it’s very strange/slightly uncomfortable. It always seemed like there were a lot of 20/30/40-somethings when I was a teen and now it feels like there are hardly any people my age. Where are all the 21+ fandom hangs out.

I love thinking about the end of Camp Evergreen and how Stormer is forever a ghost in the afterlife with no way to return home or let the Misfits know what happened to her and it makes me love her as a character even more.

But then I think about Rapture surviving all of Murder Manor and it going about two ways. The Stingers never believing her and think she’s just pulling the biggest scheme ever (especially when she tells them about Novoselic and Sonia). Or that the two games are tied together and when Rapture realizes exactly why Stormer is missing/gone/etc., she pretends to perform a seance to “contact” her just like she did for Latvia’s final goodbye to Belarus. She’s so terrible about it, but also very conflicted because she made it out alive when Stormer didn’t (or rather, conflicted because she was so very close to death that someone she was in contact with died due to a killing game).

These are apparently the things that occupy my mind during my free time.

There is no doubt in my mind that her season 3 storyline would have ended up with her owning 90% of Twin Peaks before moving onto world domination.

Nobody ever talks about how Glitch Bob is actually two beings in one body that subconsciously work together now that they’re merged. It’s why he also sympathizes with Hex so much after his return and fragments her mask because of it. She’s always been two beings (body + masks) and because of that reason, she has very little control over her moods and sometimes, power. Glitch Bob states “we are now one” after the merge while Hexadecimal says that it’s the first time she’s ever felt whole. Part of that thought is really cool, but part of that thought is also highly terrifying.

They probably didn’t think that far enough ahead of it, but one wonders if Dixon’s downloaded code/energy is also in effect. Is she a ghost file inside of Glitch? Is part of her also involved with the merge? Were keytools designed to have the option to merge with their owners whenever it truly called for it in an emergency situation (and who designed it to be that way in the first place)? The more you dive into it, the more existential it seems to become which is exactly why the mystery surrounding the mythology is so great.
