It’s starting to … not be that cold and I’m starting to listen to this song obsessively again, which means spring is near and I can finally have the motivation to start on all my fandom related things.
Seriously winter, you weren’t even that long this year, just extra cold. You couldn’t even let me write one full analysis, could you?
Anyway followers, you should be prepared for this being a common thing. Thankfully mid/late March through November is a longer timespan than December through early March.
Fondly remembering the time where Sonia Nevermind and Rapture did an acoustic duet to Smells Like Teen Spirit. What great things roleplay brings…
My work is letting me shoot my Jem dolls for a project and I’m so excited about it, but I want to wait until next month to do it so that when the Misfits essential pack and Jetta comes out, I can just separately buy the keytar for Stormer and the sax for Rapture and make it the most vaporwave photoshoot ever. Plastic plants, appropriate backdrops and all.
What a good epilogue and what a good game, I actually really like bittersweet endings like this. The dead characters not coming back to life is exactly what I wanted after how much it was hyped up that the Ranger had no idea what was going to happen to them and I’m glad it went that route!
But the graveyard posts are all unlocked now, which are really sweet when they go with the ending of the game itself. This trend of Jem characters in murder mystery/mafia games has gotta keep going if it’s been this amazing so far.
This morning I am emotionally compromised by Jason’s prayer about Stormer the day that she died, but also highly amused that it was Bart’s idea (Bart, who voted for the method of death itself to be lynched) on how to kill Stormer.
I love when everything finally gets unlocked! It adds a completely different layer to the game. Especially when I remember so many people accused Rapture of being a killer, but nobody accused Stormer of it - not even once out of hesitation.
Ahhh man, Stormer and the Ranger’s last (?) conversation is really a good one. She stills hates her for many reasons (both which are rational and irrational) but she’s always thought that the Ranger’s word was worth as much as everyone else’s.
Exploring Stormer’s emotions outside of the element she’s usually in without changing who she is and always has been has been so much fun and super gratifying.
